Subscription Refunds

For monthly and annual subscriptions:

  • Pro-rated refunds available within the first 14 days of initial subscription
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods after the 14-day period
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Cancellation Process

  • Cancel anytime through account settings
  • Retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period
  • No automatic refunds for cancellations

Refund Eligibility

  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability due to maintenance

Non-Refundable Items

  • Partial months of service
  • Unused subscription time after the 14-day period
  • Add-on features or one-time purchases

Processing Time

  • Refund requests processed within 5-10 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days
