Subscription Refunds
For monthly and annual subscriptions:
- Pro-rated refunds available within the first 14 days of initial subscription
- No refunds for partial subscription periods after the 14-day period
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
Cancellation Process
- Cancel anytime through account settings
- Retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period
- No automatic refunds for cancellations

- Technical issues preventing service access
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service unavailability due to maintenance
Non-Refundable Items
- Partial months of service
- Unused subscription time after the 14-day period
- Add-on features or one-time purchases

Processing Time
- Refund requests processed within 5-10 business days
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days
